Candle Care & Safety
Our sculptural candles are designed for decorative use. If you choose to burn them, please follow the guidelines below for a safe and beautiful burn:
• Always place your candle on a heat-safe, flat, non-porous surface that can catch dripping wax.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) before each burn.
• For sculptural candles, burn for no more than 1 hour at a time to help maintain their shape.
• Keep candles away from drafts, curtains, and any flammable objects.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.
• Allow the wax to fully cool and harden before moving the candle.
• Stop burning when around ½ inch (1 cm) of wax remains or if the candle becomes unstable.
• Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources to preserve their shape and color.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review and make it right wherever possible.
