Q: Are your sculptural candles only for decoration, or can I burn them?
Our candles are designed primarily as decor pieces, but you can burn them if you follow our Candle Care & Safety guidelines. Sculptural shapes will not burn like jar candles – they may drip heavily and lose their form quickly. If you want a longer, more traditional burn, we recommend using jar candles.
Q: What wax and wicks do you use?
We use soy / coconut-soy blends and cotton wicks, chosen for a cleaner burn compared with many paraffin blends. Our fragrances are selected to be phthalate-free and suitable for home use.
Q: Why doesn’t my candle look exactly like the photo?
Each Mombattie candle is hand-poured in small batches, so small variations in color, texture, or tiny air bubbles are normal and part of the charm. No two pieces will ever be 100% identical – that’s what makes them special.
Q: What is “frosting” or white patches on my soy candle?
Frosting (a white, crystal-like layer on the surface) is a natural characteristic of soy wax and does not affect the safety or performance of the candle. It’s simply the wax returning to its natural state and is a sign of a more natural wax blend.
Q: How should I store my candles?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heaters, or sunny windowsills. Excess heat and sunlight can cause fading, sweating, or warping, especially in sculptural shapes.
Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders for events?

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: My candle arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit according to our Shipping & Returns policy.
